You’ll know how to guide clients into deep, lasting change, through: metabolising undigested life experience, widening their prosilient range of expression and bringing online innate and instinctive blueprints of health.

As someone deeply committed to refining your craft, you can recognise the insatiable drive to continually deepen and evolve year after year.

Like you, I’ve never been satisfied with standard practitioner methods. With over 10 years of experience, I find myself diving into deeper, more nuanced territories, year after year.

Mother Nature has been my greatest teacher; and her wild wisdom is the foundation of how I approach working with clients.

A few years ago, after immersing myself in learning as much as I could about permaculture, I had a profound realisation: the body speaks the language of nature. And when we learn how to attune to and follow it, we will experience the deepest kind of transformation and growth.

In light of this, I instinctively began integrating nature-led somatic frameworks into my client work. Finally, I felt like I was facilitating work that felt like home.

Sessions became that "pinch me, I can’t believe I get paid for this" kind of magical.

I also reclaimed a profound sense of belonging to the natural world; something I hadn’t even realised I was missing.

My business shifted. It became more fulfilling, more aligned, and financially sustainable.

As a result, my clients were raving about the work and asking me to teach them how to do it too.

And from that, Regenerative Alchemy was born.

Hey! I'm Dr. Sarah Coxon. 

Creator of Regenerative Alchemy. 

I'm an archaeologist turned author, seasoned yoga teacher and somatic practitioner. Lover of nature, beaches and a good historical romance novel.

What started out as teaching yoga and meditation full time morphed into professional somatic therapy and coaching. I've now been facilitating deep inner alchemy for nearly a decade and have worked with hundreds of clients.

Back in 2022, after several requests, I taught my nature-inspired somatic coaching methods to a small group of clients. The training was a huge hit and Regenerative Alchemy was born. 

Today Regenerative Alchemy is an advanced somatic practitioner apprencticeship that brings together witchy nature-loving practitioners from all across the globe, and offers them a home to deepen in their skillset and magic.
