Hi, I'm Sarah.

I´m an advanced somatic practitioner, trainer, and founder of Regenerative Alchemy.

Holding a PhD centred on prehistoric creativity, cognition, and embodiment, I weave academic rigor with deep, animist nature wisdom to help modern practitioners move past nervous system basics and bring a new depth of medicine to their client sessions.
