So I did what I always do when the universe keeps giving me little nudges, I listened, checked with myself that it felt in coherence, and then cleared my schedule to make it happen.

The Coven Mastermind is a 3-month hybrid personalised 1:1 deep-dive nervous system embodiment journey and intimate business mastermind, meticulously designed to meet you where you're at and help you start to shift old limiting patterns, embody your deepest witchy medicine and bring forth your most potent work, so that you can:

I'm just going to say it; most business masterminds are a pyramid scheme (dressed up in glitter & gold). We all knew it, anyway.

These containers are mostly focused on working on your mindset (with a bit of strategy). And what this means is that they are bogus.

Because if mindset work was that effective in catapulting people into business success, everyone who joins these masterminds would experience huge growth. And we only have to read the latest anti-coach reddit threads to know that's not the case.

The reason that you can't just rely on mindset work is that you are a holistic being and any limits or struggles you're facing in your leadership and business are a mixture of your conditioning, your beliefs, your practices, your nervous system responses and even your environment. This is your embodiment or in somatic speak, your shape. 

If you want to transcend your current level in life and business, and become the kind of leader that truly liberates others, you have to work holistically to become an entirely new version of yourself.

And this is where the process of somatic embodiment comes in.

In The Coven, you'll be supported to expand into your new level of business growth by embodying a whole new way of being. I can't stress this enough -this is life-altering sh*t!

We´ll focus on three areas:

1. 1:1 Embodiment (Somatic) Work. You already know that you can't mindset your way out of old limiting patterns, right? I´ll be guiding you to work with your body and nervous system instead, helping you slowly resolve the somatic nervous system imprints that are responsible for the unconscious behavioural patterns that are keeping you stuck. I´ll then help you connect to your new, sovereign, nourished and empowered way of being in the world. This work isn't a magic pill, but it works like magic.

2. Aligned Business Design. If your business isn't feeling nourishing, and isn't nourishing others, there's a design flaw in it somewhere. And most likely you can't see it. I'm here to help! By the end of our time together, you'll have greater clarity on your next nourishing business chapter, and more specifically how to get to where you want to go and succeed.

3. Community, Magic & Ritual. Sharing in safe community is one of the quickest ways you can transcend your wounding, and will set you free to be truly yourself and thrive in ways you didn't even know we could. Well have monthly business councils (where you get all the support you need). I´ll be also guiding the group through two group rituals, carefully crafted to help you tap into the medicine of magic, and give birth to the version of yourself you want to be. 

How The Coven Mastermind works:

1. You´ll work privately with me on core personal or business topics / challenges

At the beginning of the container:

• We´ll dive deep to co-create and map out a bespoke 3 month journey together.
• You'll receive a personalised programme that includes aims & developmental objectives, and personalised  foundation practices.
• We´ll then meet every month for 75 minute sessions to focus on these core objectives, moving you effectively from one way of being to another. This is deep, resolution-based, laser-focused, highly effective inner alchemical work.

Together we´ll focus on things such as:

• Recognising when your nervous system is dysregulated and regulating it so that your leadership and decision-making is more aligned with what you desire for yourself and others.
• Strengthening your capacity to receive
• Cleaning up your relationship with money and expanding your capacity to receive, hold & direct it
• Filling your own cup so that you're energised, ignited and inspired
• Unburdening the parts of you that are constantly striving so that you can feel calmer and more at ease
• Bringing more spaciousness and fun into your life
• Boundary repair and implementation, so you no longer push yourself to the brink of burn out.
• Regenerative life design (informed by permaculture principles and indigenous wisdom)
• Regenerative (& restorative) business model design that increases your capacity to earn in a way that feels featherlight 
• Liberatory leadership, so that you become a shining example of how business should be done.
• Medicinal marketing and magnetic messaging so that your marketing regenerates you and brings you more clients with more ease.
• Deepening your spiritual connection
• Light, joyful, effective and socially-responsible marketing 

2. You'll also be part of an intimate business mastermind 

You´ll also be part of a super intimate mastermind. I have absolutely no interest in scaling this mastermind, so we'll be capping the number of participants at  (yes, 4!!), so that you get a lot of time and and attention.

You'll have:

 - Four Business Councils. You´ll receive witnessing, support and guidance from the group (facilitated by Sarah). Think of it like having a business meeting with people who are rooting for your success - all eyes will be on your business.

- Two Witchy Rituals. Get your candles, crystals and herbs at the ready, we'll be engaging in group ritual to amplify the field and call in magic into your life!

- Access to a private WhatsApp group. This is maybe the best part of the whole damn experience. You´ll be able to share and get feedback and advice in real time in our intimate WhatsApp group.

2. You´ll receive 1:1 sessions with me. The somatic work I do with my clients touches stuff mindset work and talk therapy could only dream of. By working with your nervous system, we´ll help you step into liberatory leadership and get your business going in the direction you want it to go (up, up and up!). 

3. We´ll be keeping it intimate. This isn't gonna be a large group mastermind where you feel lost in a sea of loud voices, and find yourself comparing yourself to others on a daily basis. You will be one of 4 group members max who´re all working on similar or different stuff. I can't stress enough the healing and expansive potential of being in such a group like this. These people will see you, expand you and lift you in ways you may not ever have experienced before. This is how we heal and grow. 

The Coven Mastermind isn't a space for you if:

• You're looking for someone to save you and you're wanting a magic pill. The Coven isn't a magic fix.
• You've experienced major traumatic events that you haven't yet acknowledged or given any space to process. You don't need to be fully healed from them to join (healing is a process, after all), but if this is the first time touching that stuff, it might not be the best place for you.
• You have never worked for yourself. It's ok if you're newish to business, or you're pivoting into a new business, but if you've never had a client and you have absolutely no experience in being self-employed, this container isn't for you.
• You're not able to invest in yourself and your work or you have financial issues which means you'd struggle to make the investment. There's no shame in this, but if you're not able to invest in this work right now, it's not the right place for you at this time. Please don't put yourself in a stressful financial situation.

About Sarah

Somatic Priestess and Seasoned Coach (7+ years and 5500+ hours of experience)

Back in 2015, I left the stuffy constraints of academia to go on a quest to do something that felt more like me.

What started out as teaching yoga and meditation full time morphed into professional space-holding. I've now been facilitating deep inner alchemy for 7 years.

I take a trauma and resilience-informed approach, meaning that I am trained in helping my clients create deeper, more sustainable and long-lasting transformation, at the level of the nervous system. 

I also take a regenerative approach, meaning that I help my clients look for solutions that mimic the natural laws of Nature (because Nature is magic).
