ABOUT YOUR MENTOR 

I´m Dr. Sarah Coxon. Creator of The Regenerative Alchemy Advanced Somatic Practitioner Apprenticeship. 

I´m an advanced somatic practitioner, trainer, lover of nature, forests, the ocean and a good historical romance novel.

Holding a PhD centred on prehistoric creativity, cognition, and embodiment, I weave academic rigour with deep, animist nature wisdom to help modern practitioners move past basic tools and bring a new depth of medicine to their client sessions.

Back in 2022, after several requests, I taught my nature-inspired somatic practitioner methods to a small group of clients. The training was a huge hit and Regenerative Alchemy was born. 

Today The Regenerative Alchemy Advanced Somatic Practitioner Apprenticeship brings together witchy nature-loving practitioners from all across the globe and offers them a home to deepen in their skillset and evolve their client practice.

Your Questions Answered

When does the next cohort start? We begin begin 22nd April 2027. Live trainings take place at 7.30am EST / 1.30pm UK / 2.30pm CET, usually on Saturdays, Sundays, Tuesdays or Thursday. Download the information brochure for preliminary training dates & times. Replays are available so you can go at your own pace if you´re in a timezone that doesn´t work. 

What is the apprenticeship investment? The investment and payment plan options are clearly outlined in the downloadable curriculum.  

How much of my time does the apprenticeship require? Around 10-15 hours a month. 

I'm pretty new to working with clients - is this for me? Yes! This is a complete training that will help you build your skills  and give you a complete somatic framework for working with clients effectively. The Regenerative Alchemy Advanced Somatic Practitioner Apprencticeship is a complete framework, which doesn't just teach you the theory, but also teaches you how to work with clients somatically, from beginning to end. 

I already work with the nervous system, is this training for me? Yes! This will help you fill in many of the gaps that you have and give you fresh perspectives, based on nature-based wisdom. We have nervous system trained students rave about this programme, exclaiming it was the missing piece in their work. We also have students that go through this training more than once because they recognise that every time they go through it, they deepen.

I'm not technically a practitioner, but I work with people. Is this for me? Although the course is geared towards professional practitioners, the frameworks are applicable for all lines of work - anywhere you work with people or are in a role of leadership. 

If I´m not a licensed therapist, will I be qualified to ´treat trauma´ afterwards? Regeneration (healing) is the meeting of old stuff with new conditions. Regenerative Alchemy teaches you how to do this with clients who have default nervous system patterns and adaptive behavioural strategies arising from unprocessed residue in their bodies, also commonly called ´little t´ trauma. Things like complex trauma and PTSD are however technically beyond the scope of practice of the training, although this approach does work for people with PTSD.
