When clients come to me, many of them admit that their money mindset practices haven’t really been working for them.
And this makes sense, because our mindset sits on top of our physiology. And if your body doesn’t feel safe to do what’s necessary to receive, hold on to or invest money, nothing will change.
Your issues of money with money have absolutely nothing to do with money itself.
9 times out of 10, what you´ll be dealing with are the past somatic imprints of shame, exploitation and neglect that are responsible for driving the behaviour that is stopping your from receiving money or being able to hold on to it in the first place.
The body holds the key.
When you work somatically to connect to inner stability and dissolve this kind of imprinting, that’s when these default behaviours and their corresponding beliefs start to shift.
When you do this kind of work and it takes root, there’s no need to keep saying affirmations or doing journalling practices.
Because the change becomes who you are and what you’re about, and you´ll start to make much better money choices.
